A very nice, friendly and cosy bake shop. With nice quality bread, sandwiches & croissants.Very comfortable, quiet and a nice place to rest after a long walk around Matsumoto. If you drop by, be aware that there’s also a brunch menu, possibly only during week-ends as I was there on a Saturday, that looks like good value.I missed that though, and went for other products as you can see on the picture.

Best Bakery I’ve been to. From the moment we walked in the people were friendly and so welcoming. The food is delicious and this bakery is a must see when going to Matsumoto.

Nice place to stop after walk. Bread and croissants have a little to much fat.. but else it's almost french.

When I traveled to Matsumoto he brought back to me that he was hungry. Despite being rainy Monday, there were many customers in the shop. I ordered French toast, but I never ate so soft and gentle French toast so much I remember it was delicious even after traveling (* '- `)I am convinced of knowing that it is a popular shop later. On the wall inside the shop, the history of the shop (buildings and employees) pasted by the photograph was a point that could be enjoyed there too.I want to go again.

A long-established bakery founded in 1913.At first it seems that it opened in Seattle. In addition to takeout, you can eat in and have a terrace seat. It's a very fashionable and beautiful shop and doesn't feel like a long-established store in a good way. This time we visited for lunch for the first time and had lunch buffet.Fresh bread, salad, soup, boiled eggs and drinks are free. The price is very reasonable at 980 yen and you are full! There were also seasonal santa and reindeer kawaii bread.I want to come back to buy again when Christmas is near.

They don’t really have a menu per se. Basically they offer (i) a good range of ala carte bread and pastries like normal bakeries, (ii) a breakfast bread buffet at a fixed price (selected bread, jam, coffee/tea, salad and one may choose to top up for a serving of clam chowder); and (iii) just two other items which are the clam chowder bread bowl and french toast. Other than that they offer basic beverages like tea and coffee. My friend and I had 1 croissant each, and we shared the clam chowder bread bowl and french toast. Yummy. If only they offered the french toast with berries or fruits to give it a more refreshing taste. Wish we had more stomach space for more of their yummy looking pastries. Arrived 5-10 min after opening and bakery was almost filled! 90% of the patrons were enjoying their bread buffet.

A bakery on Nate street. I tried it for the first time on the way home from the four pillar shrines.Buy my favorite bagel, cinnamon raisins. I met a delicious bagel after a long time. There were also many other types such as curry bread and cooking bread. There was also an eat-in corner. It was like a cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. Next time I want to follow the cafe.

The outside of the bread is baked well and the inside is moist and delicious.

It had been open since January 2. I am grateful for the first visit to Yotsuha Shrine. There are not many kinds of bread, but the one with thick sausage was delicious. paypay can be used.

The best bakery in Japan! My new favorite! No contest! They have actual real bread, not just shokupan.

Very friendly staff, English menu. Answered all my questions very patiently (I do not eat meat, so had to ask about some dishes, pls note that Clam Chowder is cooked New England style - with bacon). Pizza was good, so was the coffee and their freshly baked bread.

Well-established store of long-established whopping boasts its founding in 1913 and the more than 100-year history. From 9:00 to 14:30, bread buffet is in progress. Soup, salad, is 980 yen with a drink value price. Be careful not to eat too much

Used for lunch buffet. Complete the accounting first and then sit down. In addition to bread, there were soups, salads, juices, boiled eggs, etc. As it is low price, it is easy to use. It's scary because bread can be eaten as much as you want. Lol

Very friendly and great selection of sweet treats including a custard filled green tea bun shaped like a frog, and the wonderful curry doughnuts. They also do a breakfast and lunch buffet which is excellent value for money.

Cute cafe with incredibly good baked goods (savoury and sweet), well priced, and with lots of sitting sitting room. Became my go-to place for breakfast in Matsumoto.

I visited in the morning! Plenty of menta french fillings! Just a nice smiling clerk in a nice shop. If you come to Matsumoto, I would like to ask you again. The breakfast at the hotel is good but the morning buffet is nice here.

Morning Buffet is ¥ 850. There is a drink with bread, salad and boiled eggs. In addition to buckets, bread and grape bread. I think that it is not suitable for those who care about the profit and loss, but it is by all means if you like bread. The bucket was delicious as it was rumored, but is it bread that has been soaked in chocolate? This bread was excellent. Drinks are coffee, tea, sencha and orange juice. I will revisit when I come to Matsumoto. If you want to eat a vegetarian or sandwich, you can use it instead of using a buffet. We also sell drinks. I forgot to buy an eco bag ....

Nice atmosphere. Good yuzu tea! Onion soup needs some work. Lacked flavor.

In order to use the morning buffet, it entered at the same time as opening at 9 o'clock and at the same time.Even for first time use, the clerk explained politely how to use it.Before going I thought that even though I was buffeted, I thought it was about bread and coffee, but there are salads, yoghurt and boiled eggs and I definitely eat too much more than usual. There are nearly ten types of bread, none of which are delicious. Especially personally I was able to eat several pieces of cereal bread bread combined with a wonderful scent and walnut feel.I would like to visit again next time I visit Matsumoto next time.

Very fresh and delicious bread with really good coffee.

Great for breakfast. The salad was especially nice with the egg and different breads. Coffee was good and all reasonably priced for about 700+ yen. Picked up sandwiches and a sweet for the train back to Tokyo and were pleased with the quality.

Stylish bakery on Nawate streetI ordered a lunch buffet of 980 yen. There were several types of bread and salad, soup, boiled eggs, drinks and all-you-can-drink.The soup was Minestrone, but it was delicious. The bread was a little sweeter, French bread was delicious too!The drinks were orange juice, coffee and tea packs. It was good for the clerks to have good people!
Johannes Hoppe
Good pastry, but no good coffee to go with. If pastry is what you are looking for, you are right. If you are looking for a good coffee, go find it somewhere else.
Tom Japan
Excellent good and coffee, the waitress are friendly and pretty. Absolutely will go to have yes time again.

Fantastic breads, best I’ve had in Japan and reasonably priced by Japanese standards! French baguettes! Wish I’d found it sooner. Go!!

Lovely bakery shop in a traditional street of Matsumoto. Good range of bread from savoury to sweet, including karee-pan, French toast, pizza on fluffy bread, buns and so on. The staff is very welcoming and the place quiet. Perfect for a little break while visiting Matsumoto!

The atmosphere in the shop is calm and it is easy to use even for groups as well as for one person. When asking for drinks, they gave me a meringue. Your thoughtfulness is also good ♪
